J for Jungle A-Z Animals tapestry is a joyful 'J' mini birth sampler needlepoint to stitch for a new baby or a young child. J for Jungle tapestry features a giraffe and lion, with more animals in the leafy border. As with all Jolly Red A-Z Animals tapestries the colours have been carefully chosen to give the design equal appeal to boys and girls.
J for Jungle tapestry has a blank panel for birth details or other text. You can stitch a large single name using either the large lettering chart provided with the kit, or to add more details, e.g date of birth and/or birth weight using the smaller alphabet (also included).
Once stitched you can frame your finished J for Jungle tapestry as a picture or make into the centre of a larger cushion, or make it into a book bag for a favourite bedtime book.

Choosing a Tapestry Frame
A tapestry frame is not essential but using one will help to prevent your work going out of shape. It also makes it easy to resume stitching the next day or after a break. We stock a good range of British made no-sew tapestry clip frames which only take a few minutes to assemble. The canvas is attached by sturdy clips, giving you the flexibility to switch between projects if you need to.
For the A-Z Animals tapestry kits, we recommend an 18" CF189 tapestry frame, as a smaller CF129 will be a bit of a squeeze. Choose a larger frame with code ending in '9' if you are likely to stitch cushion sized designs in the future.

We stock a tried and tested range of British made no-sew tapestry clip frames which are quick to assemble. As the canvas is attached by easy clips, you can easily switch projects if necessary. If going on holiday, just take off the side bars and roll up your canvas – hey presto, ready to travel.
