A-Z Animals I for Iguana - and insects - is a lovely mini birth sampler tapestry to stitch for a new baby or a young child. As well as the iguana there are bees, a butterfly, moths and a ladybird. Incy Wincy spider is also included.
I for Iguana tapestry has space to either stitch a large single name using the large lettering provided, or to add more details, eg date of birth and/or birth weight using the smaller alphabet. Frame your finished tapestry as a picture or make into the centre of a larger cushion, or make a book bag for a favourite bedtime book.

Choosing a Tapestry Frame
A tapestry frame is not essential but using one can help to prevent your canvas from going out of shape. A frame also makes it easy to resume stitching the next day or after a break. We stock a great range of British made easy to assemble no-sew tapestry clip frames. The canvas is attached by strong clips, allowing you to easily switch projects if necessary.
If going on holiday, just take off the side bars and roll up your canvas - hey presto, ready to travel. For the A-Z Animals range of tapestry kits, we recommend a CF189 tapestry frame, as a smaller CF129 will be a bit of a squeeze. Choose a larger frame with code ending in '9' if you are likely to stitch cushion sized designs in the future.
