Flying Felines is a lovely tapestry kit to stitch for yourself or to give as a gift (either stitched or in kit form) to a cat lover. The design features seven colourful pusses, pouncing against a red background with hearts detail.
Flying Felines tapestry can be made into a specs case, the centre of a cushion, or used as a panel in a tapestry bag.
Flying Felines is on special offer. It’ll soon be back soon to its full price (£35).
Each Flying Felines tapestry kit comes in a red rope-handled bag with colour illustration and includes:
- Colour printed canvas (12hpi)
- Reference chart
- Generous supply of Anchor tapestry wool
- John James tapestry needle
- Stitch instructions for half cross and tent stitch
Choosing a Tapestry Frame
A tapestry frame is not essential, but does help to prevent your work going out of shape and makes it easy to resume stitching the next day or after a break. We stock a good range of British made no-sew tapestry clip frames which only take a few minutes to assemble. As the canvas is attached by easy clips, the frames allow you to switch between projects if necessary.
For Flying Felines, we recommend either a CF189 frame, or choose a CF219 or CF249 frame if you might stitch something larger in the future. A 12″ frame will be a bit of a squeeze.
