Woodland Owls Christmas stocking tapestry features a cosy group of owls gathered together with their friend the robin in their favourite oak tree on Christmas Eve. Their other pals the donkey, the deer, cat, chicken, goose, partridge and a Jack Russell have all come to wish them a Merry Christmas. In the distance, a sleeping village awaits Santa's visit.

Choosing a Tapestry Frame
A tapestry frame is not essential but using one will help to prevent your work from going out of shape. Using a frame also makes it easy to resume stitching the next day or after a break. We stock a range of British made no-sew tapestry clip frames which take only a few minutes to assemble. The canvas is attached by sturdy clips, allowing you to remove your canvas and switch between projects if necessary.
Woodland Owls stocking will fit on an 18" CF189 or the slightly larger CF1812 frame if you trim the canvas slightly at the edges. Choose a larger frame (a 21" or 24" one) if you think you might stitch larger (wider) projects in the future.

Suitable frames
