H for Humpty A-Z Animlas tapestry is a lovely needlepoint to stitch for a baby or young child. Humpty Dumpty is on his wall, with helpful hens on either side reminding him to not fall off. In the borders there are hearts, hedgehogs and hot air balloons.

H for Humpty has space to either stitch a large single name using the large lettering provided, or to add more details, eg date of birth and/or birth weight using the smaller alphabet.

A-Z Animals H for Humpty is a lovely mini birth sampler tapestry to stitch for a new baby or a young child. Choosing  a Tapestry Frame

A tapestry frame is not essential but using one will help to prevent your work going out of shape. It also makes it easy to resume stitching the next day or after a break.

We stock a good range of British made no-sew tapestry clip frames which only take a few minutes to assemble. The canvas is attached by sturdy clips, giving you the flexibility to switch between projects if you need to.

For the A-Z Animals tapestry kits, we recommend an 18" CF189 tapestry frame, as a smaller CF129 will be a bit of a squeeze. Choose a larger frame with code ending in '9' if you are likely to stitch cushion sized designs in the future.

Choosing a Frame

A tapestry frame is not essential, but will help to prevent your canvas from going out of shape. A frame also makes it easy to resume stitching the next day or after a break. We stock a tried and tested range of British made no-sew tapestry clip frames which are quick to assemble. As the canvas is attached by easy clips, you can easily switch projects if necessary. If going on holiday, just take off the side bars and roll up your canvas – hey presto, ready to travel.

For the A-Z Animals tapestry kits, we recommend a CF189 tapestry frame, as a smaller CF129 will be a bit of a squeeze. Choose a larger frame with code ending in ‘9’ if you are likely to stitch cushion sized designs in the future.
