Duck Pond

Duck Pond starter kit is a lovely mini tapestry kit, with a white duck swimming in the sunshine, and two goldfish below. The design is suitable for beginners, and also makes a lovely quick project for more experienced stitchers.

Once stitched you can frame your Duck Pond tapestry as a picture, make it into the centre of a larger cushion, or use it as a panel for a favourite bedtime book bag.

As a rough age guide, Duck Pond is suitable for children age 7+.

Choosing  a Tapestry Frame

A tapestry frame is not essential, but is a good idea for beginners as it leaves both hands free for stitching. We stock a good range of British made no-sew tapestry clip frames which are easy to assemble. The canvas is attached by sturdy clips, so the canvas doesn't have to be sewn on to the frame.

For Duck Pond, we recommend a CF129 frame but choose one of the larger frames with code ending in '9' if you think you will stitch larger projects in the future.
