CF1812 18″ tapestry clip frame is a medium-sized British made tapestry frame for canvases up to 18″ wide (including blank canvas at sides and colour blocks). Easy to assemble: slot the longer horizontal bars into the side bars, screw in the bolts and washers, then attach your tapestry canvas at the top and bottom with the robust clips. Roll your canvas on if necessary, and you’re ready to start stitching! (Canvas not included in frame purchase).
Get into the groove with a medium-sized tapestry frame! A tapestry clip frame helps to prevent your work from getting out of shape and allows you to stitch with one hand under and one hand over the canvas.
Unlike the older style of 'sew' tapestry frame, with clip frames no sewing is required. The canvas is attached with the strong clips. You can remove the clips and swap between projects if you suddenly have to stitch a special gift.
