If you're out and about in Somerset (perhaps heading West on holiday?), why not pop in and see us? We are based in converted farm buildings in the heart of the Somerset Levels, just north of the village of Hambridge, near Langport.

What's in the Shop?

In our shop we sell all of our kits and have lots of stitched samples out on display. It's a great opportunity for you to be able to see the finished designs. The completed cushions, pictures and Stockings look even better in real life than they do in our catalogue or on our website. When stitched they really come to life! The other advantage of coming in is that we are able to give advice, so if you're thinking about you're first project, or about stitching something for a special occasion, we'd be happy to help.

Where Exactly Is The Shop?

We are about 15 minutes/10 miles from Junction 25 of the M5, and 15 minutes/5 miles north of the A303. Our full address is:

Opening Hours: Mon-Fri 10.00 - 4.30, most (not all!) Saturdays 10.30 am - 3.00. Please note that we are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Shop Closing at the end of September 2008

Do come and visit us this summer if you can, as I have taken the big decision to close the shop in the autumn. I've really enjoyed having it (we've been on this site since 1999), and it's been a pleasure to meet so many stitchers from all over the world, but sadly the shop and all of its associated task take up too much time from the most important task - designing for Jolly Red!!!

In October Jolly Red will relocate to new premises - if you're on the mailing list I'll send details later in the year. You are still safe to send your work in for the Making Up Service, everything will still get to us, and obviously the mail order will continue.
