Mitred Edges

Sometimes a tapestry cushion can benefit from having an extra border around the design. Please specify the width of border you need if you'd like a mitred edging - enclose a diagram if it's complicated. The more detailed the information is that you can give us, the quicker we will be with your making up. A mitred edge is a good idea if:

a) the border of your design is quite 'busy' and you don't want to have a sense of it disappearing into the piping.

b) the finished tapestry is quite small, eg 'Congratulations Cushion.' On a design like this, a mitred border isn't strictly necessary but it helps to frame the design and make it more of a practical, useful size.
