Little Elephants is a wonderful beginner's needlepoint kit. Lovely strong colours, and a design with a more grown-up feel to it than some of our other starter tapestry kits. There is a bit more stopping and starting than with the 'Elephant' design (the one with the red background) so maybe choose Little Elephants for a child aged 9+ rather than 7+, or for an adult stitcher.

The background colour on our site looks brighter than in real life. The actual background colour is more plum/damson - more in keeping with the ethnic feel of the design.

Printed area: 4" x 4", canvas size 10" x 10", 10 holes per inch. Kit includes whole skeins of Anchor tapestry wool, needle, threader and stitching instructions. Alphabet & instructions provided for optional name panel.
